Order early this year to avoid the possible slow shipping season!

2021 Holiday and Shipping Information

To all our customers,

We hope that 2021 has been a better year than 2020 and that you are staying healthy and in good spirits.

First and foremost, Susie and I would like to thank you for being our customers.  It means so much to us.

The pandemic proved to be a real challenge for our business, but with wonderful customers like you we have persevered and grown.  Thank you for being there for us.

We certainly hope that you are looking forward to another holiday season and quite honestly, we aren’t sure where the time went.

As you have no doubt heard, our country has a severe supply chain issue which could affect the holidays this year.  For us, the supply chain issue has had a minimal affect on our business. We are blessed to have our disks and towel grips manufactured here in the US.  Unfortunately, for our cookie press, due to increased prices and supply chain issues, we will have a limited number of presses available this year and once they are gone, we aren’t looking at the possibility of replacing them until 2022 sometime.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes, but rest assured our disks will fit in many other presses out there, so be sure to check out the Disk Sizing Image in Images located in each of our Products on Amazon, or Presses We Fit on our Impress Bakeware website before you order.

Our big issue for this year, which had a huge impact on us last year, is shipping.  Honestly, we are bracing for more of the same this year and of course hoping we are wrong.  To everyone last year that ultimately waited weeks for their USPS package, you were all rock stars!  That was the craziest season in all the years we have been doing this.  The patience of most of our customers was nothing short of amazing!  Thank you!

With that said, the reason we ship USPS is due to the weight of our products and the economical way we can ship them to you.  We know you don’t want to pay a lot for shipping.  We get it.  We make nothing off shipping and being a small company, we can’t stay profitable if we absorb the shipping costs.  So for now we will continue to use USPS as our shipping option.

What we are asking of you:

  • Get into the holiday mood early! Order early and avoid the December craziness!
  • We are also asking for you to be Flexible and Patient!  We ship next day 6 days a week.  Once it moves within the USPS system, we have no control over timing.
  • Since we ship USPS, make sure the address you provide will accept USPS packages and mail. We’ve had several orders come back to us stating that the physical address has no mail service.
  • If you have any questions about your shipment at any time, send us an email or a message through Amazon. We provide tracking numbers on both sites; you can track them as well.
  • Another thing, check that you are receiving and accepting notifications through Amazon!!! We are required to respond within 24 hours on every message we get through Amazon, but we rarely hear back from our customers.  If you do have notifications turned on in Amazon and aren’t getting your messages, check your Junk or Spam folders. We want to help you on Amazon but can’t if you don’t have notifications turned on and don’t respond to us.

Susie and I would again like to thank all our customers for being there for us.  All of you are why we continue to do this.  We appreciate each and every one of you.  Thank you.

We hope you have a wonderful holiday season and an even better 2022.  Stay healthy and safe.

Kind Regards,

Susie Rose and Jill Voige
