All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
You must contact us for a return authorization before sending back any items. Any returns made without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Returns must be in their original condition with all included product items returned. Items that are damaged, used, or incomplete may be subject to a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the condition received.
You must include your order information (such as your name, order number, and the email used at checkout) with the returned package. Returns sent without order information may result in delays or be ineligible for a refund.
We will either refund the cost of the items ordered or send you a new replacement item, based on the nature of the issue and product availability.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. Return shipping will not be refunded.
