Shipping Policy 

Shipping Within the U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada & Mexico

We currently ship within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories, including the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

We also ship to Canada and Mexico.


Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.


Shipping Methods

  • Within the United States, we ship via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage.

  • For Canada, we offer First Class International, Priority Mail International, and UPS options. (First Class will take longer.)

  • For Mexico, we currently ship via UPS only.

  • We do not offer Rush, Overnight, or Express shipping — these options are not cost-effective for our product sizes and weights.


Customs, Duties & VAT (Canada & Mexico)

  • Import taxes, duties, and value-added tax (VAT) are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and, if applicable, will be collected by your carrier upon delivery.

  • Impress Bakeware is not responsible for import fees, taxes, or customs delays.

WE ARE NOW SHIPPING TO EUROPE AND THE UK:

International Shipping (Including Europe and the UK)

We’re excited to share Impress Bakeware products with customers in Europe and the UK!

All orders ship directly from our business in Colorado Springs, Colorado (USA).

Please note: Luster Dusts and Holiday Gift Sets are not included in our international shipping options.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Real-time carrier rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • At this time, we ship internationally via UPS only.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Delivery times vary by destination — please allow 2–4 weeks for most international deliveries.
